2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

Payments must be made in advance to confirm reservations.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before the travel date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3-6 days before the travel date will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Travel Guidelines

For a smooth journey, please carry valid ID proof. While we aim for timely travel, occasional delays due to weather, strikes, or traffic may occur. We appreciate your understanding and request customers to follow local laws and regulations for a safe and pleasant experience.

5. Vehicle Rental Terms

The rented vehicle should be used only for the agreed itinerary.

Damage to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the customer.

Extra kilometers beyond the agreed limit will be charged additionally.

6. Liability and Responsibility

Victory Tours & Travels is not liable for personal injuries, loss of baggage, or delays caused by third parties.

Customers must have personal travel insurance.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
